In general, there are several faults of ultrasound probe as follows: Appearance cracking, internal sparkling, sensitivity decreasing, cable cracking and electrode lead break.

 First, Appearance cracking, internal sparkling, reduced sensitivity.

Second, Circle image causes bad local

In general, chip problem cause this fault. For example, there is a white bright field from up to down and there is no imge information in this field. After checking, the probe internal chip damage causes this.

Third, Cable craze or electrode lead break

Due to probe move back and forth in use process, it will pull cable automatically, especially in turning probe process, it will make probe and the cable wind. Therefore, bad operation habit or cable placed bad cause this fault. For this fault, you can open probe shell and rearrange all lines and weld well, then use super glue sticky shell well.
